1. Logged in to BIR website for information
2. Visit the nearest BIR department in your city
3. Submit requirements for registration e.g. receipts, and documents
4. Visit the City hall for Mayor’s Permit and Professional Tax Receipts
5. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Certificate of Registration
